Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Road Account Manager at Britam Shipping Limited, located in Burton Upon Trent. The Road Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day road account activities, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and building strong relationships with clients and carriers. They will play a key role in optimizing transportation logistics and providing exceptional customer service.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
- Experience in account management or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certification or qualification in logistics or supply chain management
