We're excited to expand our Road Logistics Sales Team with a primary focus on driving significant business growth. Our Road Logistics Sales team is the dynamic force behind our Customer Care operations. They are the frontline champions, spending most of their time engaging with customers and seeking out new business opportunities. Working closely with our Customer Care colleagues, they ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery.
How you create impact
- Engage with Potential and Current Customers: Initiate contact to generate and qualify leads, promote our products and services, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture business relationships with prospective Road Logistics customers through regular face-to-face interactions.
- Tailor Solutions: Create customized solutions for customers by thoroughly understanding their unique requirements.
- Strategic Pricing Decisions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to make informed pricing decisions.
- Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and diligently follow up on quotations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- CRM Excellence: Record all customer-facing activities in the CRM system, consistently meeting desired activity targets.

Profile description:
What we would like you to bring
- Proven Sales Experience in Dynamic, Face-to-Face Environments
- Preferred Background in Logistics Experience and Knowledge
- Self-Starter: Must be competitive, imaginative, enthusiastic, self-confident, inspiring, logical, systematic, and precise.
- Resilient and Positive: Stay determined and optimistic, even when others become pessimistic or defeatist, and deliver satisfactory outcomes in new and unexpected situations.
- Assertive Leadership: Assert authority to meet agreed timescales and deadlines, overcoming any obstacles that may arise.
