Road Logistics Sales Team Apprenticeship

Requirements
- GCSE in:
- 5 GCSEs (grade 3-9 / A*-D)
- English (grade D/3)
- Maths (grade D/3)
- Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you know.
Responsibilities
Over the two years you’ll be learning how to:
- Efficiently process bookings from clients and overseas agents on to our system
- Provide operational support for the Sales Managers when required
- Liaise with all relevant parties throughout shipments to organise the movement of goods by providing exceptional customer service ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Deal with any issues that may arise during a shipment and ensure the client and/or Sales Manager is updated
- Process sales andровки invoices for the branch
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in meetings and training sessions
- Make sales calls, engage and onboard new customers
- Attend customer offsite meetings
- Analyse sales performance statistics and prepare/deliver customer review meetings

Benefits
- Wage: £15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices. You can expect a competitive starting salary of £15,600 in year one with an increase after 12 months, and a great bonus once you have completed your apprenticeship.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm. 37 hours 30 minutes a week
- Duration: 2 years
- Company benefits include an apprentice NUS discount card.
- Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
- Opportunity for successful apprentices to secure a full-time sales position.

Application Process
- Step 1: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
- Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a telephone screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
- Step 3: A final shortlist of candidates will be invited to an interview onsite with two members of the hiring team.
- Step 4: All candidates will receive telephone feedback after their interviews and if offered will be invited to return to the office for a further site tour and to provide right to work documentation.
