Role Description

The Road Planings and Utilities Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This position is responsible for coordinating the receipt, allocation, and movement of road planings and utility-related materials, ensuring they are processed and recycled in line with company procedures. Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Experience in admin, processing paperwork, and coordination will be advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills for working with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and paperwork, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role and a high school diploma or equivalent; further relevant qualifications are an advantage.
