About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Roadshow Coordinator to join our Global Primary Credit team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of deal roadshows, non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows and closing events across our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Securitisation product lines.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, managing both physical and virtual events with professionalism and precision.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full roadshow process from start to finish — including hotel bookings, travel arrangements, invitations, and presentation printing
- Coordinating with third-party providers such as hotels, travel agencies and car companies
- Arranging and shipping roadshow presentation materials to venues in a timely manner
- Providing on-site event management where required
- Coordinating schedules for 1:1 meetings, group meetings and all associated logistics
- Managing budget control and re-invoicing processes, including liaising with the Finance department
- Planning and delivering virtual events using platforms such as MS Teams and other virtual providers
- Liaising proactively with internal and external stakeholders across all regions
- Ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements

Who You'll Work With
Internally: DCM Origination, Securitisation, Syndicate Desk, Traders, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.
Externally: Venues, hotels, travel agencies and other participating banks.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Degree educated
- Proven experience in roadshow or high-profile corporate event management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Confident and professional when engaging with Senior Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Windows
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Multicultural awareness and sensitivity to global working environments
