Job Overview
Working closely with internal stakeholders including Network Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Services, and international roaming partners, the Roaming Data Analyst & Roaming Specialist will provide data-driven insights, support wholesale roaming agreements, validate tariffs and billing data, and recommend strategies to improve roaming performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse roaming traffic, usage trends, and performance data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor roaming revenue and identify anomalies.
- Support roaming agreement analysis and business planning.
- Prepare figures for negotiations and reconciliations.
- Negotiating with Roaming partners to ensure best outcome.
- Commercial and numerate analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve roaming services.
- Assist in the administration of roaming services and operations.
- Maintain roaming documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external roaming partners.
- Support testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Prepare routine reports and provide administrative support.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of mobile telecommunications and roaming services is an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree or 3 years equivalent role experience.
- Knowledge of finance.
- Willing to travel quarterly.
