Roaming HVAC Site Supervisor
Location: Wolverhampton (Office-based) – UK-wide travel required (occasional visits to Willenhall office)
Working Hours: Full Time
Salary: Competitive

The Role
Site Supervision & Technical Oversight
- Travel between designated sites to supervise HVAC installation, servicing, and repair works
- Provide hands-on technical support and ensure works comply with manufacturer guidelines and project specifications
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure all tasks meet company standards and UK building regulations
- Carry out site audits, inspections, and quality checks

Project & Resource Coordination
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads for engineers and subcontractors
- Report progress, risks, and issues to contracts engineers
- Ensure materials, equipment, and documentation are available and used correctly
- Assist with commissioning, testing, and system handover procedures
Health, Safety, & Compliance
- Enforce company Health & Safety policies and ensure compliance with UK legislation (including HSE guidance, PUWER, COSHH, and Working at Height regulations)
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) reviews
- Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and promote a safe working culture
Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients
- Provide updates on progress, address concerns, and ensure minimal disruption to client operations
- Support final inspections, client demonstrations, and sign-off processes

Leadership & Development
- Mentor HVAC engineers and support their professional development
- Provide performance feedback and assist with on-the-job training
- Promote strong teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or building services engineering
- Experience supervising engineers or subcontractors across multiple sites
- SSSTS/SMSTS certification (Site Supervisors/Managers Safety Training Scheme)
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide or regionally
- Strong IT skills for digital reporting, asset systems, and mobile work platforms
