About the Role
As an Allpress Production Assistant, you will be involved in the complete coffee production process from start to finish. You will be packing orders; ensuring our customers get the best service and roasting coffee.
The right person for this position will be highly motivated, energetic, have great communication skills and love working as part of a team.
- Self-motivated
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communicator and able to partner with multiple areas of the business
- A full driver’s license is beneficial but not essential for the role.

This role is on a temporary contract, starting 1st November 2026 until the end of December 2026 with the possibility for extension.
Details:
- Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.
- Salary: £30,800 per annum
- Days: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend days are available as overtime)
- Times: We operate on a rota with shifts scheduled between 6am and 8pm.
- Probation period: 3 months
- Contract period: Until end of December 2026 with the possibility for extension
- Reporting to: Roastery Manager
- Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required. No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial.
