About Cinnamon

Cinnamon is one of the most ambitious independent Roblox studios in the world. Our games have generated over 5.9 billion visits. LifeTogether (4+ billion). BlockSpin (1.27+ billion). BayView (613+ million). Built from scratch, owned outright and played by millions worldwide. No investors. No shortcuts. Just great games. We're looking for Roblox players to join our paid playtester database and help us improve our games.

This is an ongoing playtester recruitment pipeline rather than a permanent vacancy. We are not offering regular employment or guaranteed hours, but successful applicants may be invited to participate in paid playtesting sessions whenever opportunities arise.

The Role

You'll play Roblox games, record your gameplay and help us understand how real players experience our games.

Each playtest involves up to 1 hour of gameplay, with a payment of £20 per successfully completed and accepted session.

We're not looking exclusively for professional QA testers. We want genuine Roblox players who can explore our games naturally, identify problems and share honest feedback.

Your recordings will help our team understand what players enjoy, where they struggle and what we can improve.

What You'll Do

  • Play assigned Roblox games for up to 1 hour per session
  • Record your gameplay throughout the session
  • Share your honest reactions and feedback as you play
  • Identify bugs, confusing mechanics and frustrating experiences
  • Explore gameplay features naturally as a regular player would
  • Follow any specific testing instructions provided
  • Submit your gameplay recording for our team to review

What We're Looking For

  • Experience playing Roblox games
  • Ability to record and submit gameplay footage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow simple instructions
  • Reliable and honest feedback
  • Willingness to explore unfamiliar games
  • Access to a suitable device and stable internet connection

No previous professional playtesting or game development experience is required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Genuine Player Feedback Matters

We're not looking for people who simply tell us that our games are good.

We want to understand what real players actually experience.

If something is confusing, frustrating, boring or difficult to understand, we want to know.

You don't need technical knowledge to identify these issues. Sometimes the most useful feedback comes from players who have never tested a game professionally.

Your job is to play naturally, record your experience and be honest about it.

Payment and Working Arrangement

We are open to playtesters based anywhere in the world where our payment provider supports payouts.

  • Payment: £20 per completed and accepted playtest
  • Session duration: Up to 1 hour per game
  • Location: Fully remote, worldwide
  • Arrangement: Occasional freelance assignments
  • Availability: Flexible, based on testing opportunities

We partner with Tremendous to distribute payments to our international playtesters.

Tremendous works with payment and reward providers around the world, offering different payout options depending on your country.

You will receive your payment through Tremendous after your completed playtest has been reviewed and accepted.

There are no guaranteed hours or minimum assignments. You are free to accept or decline individual playtesting opportunities.

Become a Trusted Cinnamon Playtester

We're interested in building long-term relationships with reliable playtesters.

If your first gameplay recording meets our requirements, you may be added to our approved playtester database.

As a trusted playtester, you may receive invitations to participate in future testing sessions across our games.

Our most reliable testers may also be invited to test unreleased Cinnamon games before they become available to the public.

These opportunities may require signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect confidential game information.

Being added to our database does not guarantee future assignments, but it means we can contact you directly when suitable opportunities become available.
