About Us
Bellboy Robotics is a VC-backed startup building robots that work in complex, real-world commercial spaces. We go beyond factory automation. Our robots perceive, reason, and act in the real world, and become part of the team. We are already live in world-class hotels including Hilton, Marriott, Seminaris, and IHG, with demand doubling month over month.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Robot Operator with a strong interest in robotics and physical AI.
In this role, you'll remotely monitor and control robots operating in live hotel environments. You'll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, step in when human assistance is required, and occasionally provide on-site support and troubleshooting.
This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys working with advanced technology in real-world settings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
