Company Description
Carebot UK provides fully managed Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions that help organisations address structural staffing challenges with reliable, automated support. As a specialist in distribution and services, the company delivers predictable, scalable, performance-driven robotics deployments. Carebot UK partners closely with clients to design and implement automation solutions tailored to real operational needs.
Role Description
We are looking for a technically minded early-to-mid-career professional who enjoys working with innovative technology and solving practical problems. Candidates may have graduated in Computer Science, IT, Robotics, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised, and confident dealing with both technology and people. They should be comfortable travelling to our workshop, customer sites, setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues, and building strong relationships with manufacturers and care home operators. While coding experience is essential, this role is primarily focused on implementation, support, integration, and operational delivery rather than software development only.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
