Robotics / Controls Engineer — Titan Robotics
Company Description
Titan Robotics is a new company dedicated to building the universal platform that connects and orchestrates robots from multiple manufacturers. Recognizing that the future of robotics lies in interoperability, the company focuses on integrating diverse robotic systems — arms, mobile bases, sensors, and end effectors from different vendors — into a single, cohesive ecosystem. This approach enables organizations to scale automation efficiently, adapt to evolving technologies, and reduce complexity in multi-robot environments.
Role Description
The Robotics/Controls Engineer is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for the reliability and performance of Titan Robotics' physical robot control stack — the foundation everything else in the platform (teleoperation, AI training, remote monitoring) depends on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This role owns:
- Inverse kinematics and real-time motion control for multi-arm systems
- Safety-critical coordination between simultaneously operating arms sharing a workspace
- Integration of hardware from multiple vendors (robotic arms, grippers, mobile bases, cameras, servos) into one coherent control system
You'll work closely with the teleoperation and AI/ML engineers, since the quality of your control stack directly determines how good the data they collect and train on can be.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with real-time robot motion control and inverse kinematics (e.g., via Pinocchio or a comparable library)
- Experience with dual-arm or multi-arm systems, including collision avoidance and safe coordination between arms sharing a workspace
- Comfortable integrating hardware from multiple vendors into a single control system — robotic arms, grippers, mobile bases, depth cameras, servo controllers
- Solid understanding of low-level communication protocols used in robotics (TCP/serial device control, real-time command streaming)
- Experience building or maintaining safety systems for robots operating near people or in constrained environments
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where you own your area end to end, from hardware bring-up to production reliability
- Bonus: experience with teleoperation systems, or with the kind of data pipelines used to feed robot demonstrations into machine learning

Compensation
This is a pre-funding, founding-team role, compensated entirely in equity — a meaningful stake reflecting the impact of an early technical hire — rather than salary. Once funding closes, this role will be positioned for a competitive salary going forward.
