  • PLC programming fundamentals and debugging mindset
  • HMI/SCADA basics, alarms, interlocks, and sequences
  • IO mapping, tagging discipline, clean documentation
  • Commissioning readiness + troubleshooting

Good to have

  • Network basics: Profinet / Ethernet/IP
  • Standard templates + handover package mindset
  • Exposure to automotive line standards (BIW/Non-BIW)
  • Safety basics, cycle-time awareness
