Must have
- PLC programming fundamentals and debugging mindset
- HMI/SCADA basics, alarms, interlocks, and sequences
- IO mapping, tagging discipline, clean documentation
- Commissioning readiness + troubleshooting
Good to have
- Network basics: Profinet / Ethernet/IP
- Standard templates + handover package mindset
- Exposure to automotive line standards (BIW/Non-BIW)
- Safety basics, cycle-time awareness
