Are you passionate about helping manufacturers adopt robotics and automation to improve productivity, resilience and growth?
We're looking for a Robotics Transformation Advisor to provide independent expert guidance to manufacturing businesses, helping them identify automation opportunities and successfully adopt robotic technologies that deliver real business impact.
What you'll be doing
- Assess manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for robotic and automation adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and operational teams, acting as a strategic advisor on robotics and automation.
- Lead transformation diagnostics and develop practical automation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
- Advise customers on robotic solutions, business cases, investment decisions and implementation planning.
- Deliver engaging presentations, workshops and reports that influence decision-making and drive successful technology adoption.

Essential criteria
- Experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing transformation or industrial operations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and advise customers at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
- Proven ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading customer discussions and workshops.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Desirable
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, Lean manufacturing, digital transformation, business case development or organisational change.
