What to expect?
- Basic hourly rate depending on experience plus gratuities, tips, and overtime.
- Salaries paid monthly, tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar.
- Casual role working across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.
- Work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.
- Christmas off on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
- Crew t-shirts provided.
- Overtime paid if needed.
- Enjoy your birthday off every year!
- Enjoy 28 days paid holiday (Pro-rata) based on your working hours.

About the Employer

We’re proud to be MSC certified with daily landings from Brixham market delivered to our restaurants every day!

Role Responsibilities
As a Rockfish Front of House server, you will help create a restaurant environment where guest expectations are exceeded through delivering genuine hospitality. Where little details make a big impact. You will receive all the training you need to deliver this; all you need to bring is your natural flair for service!
Many of our summer servers come back to work for us season after season, making this a great role to work around your studies.
