Job Description

Roger Vivier is offering a three-month placement within the Public Relations department, providing a student currently in full-time education with the opportunity to gain practical experience in a luxury fashion communications environment.

During the placement, the successful candidate will gain exposure to the day-to-day activities of a PR team, including press relations, VIP and influencer relations, events, and digital communications. The intern will work closely with the PR Executive and Communications Director, supporting the team while developing an understanding of how a luxury brand manages communications and media relationships.

Throughout the placement, the intern will also gain insight into Roger Vivier’s product categories and the processes involved in brand communications within the UK and IRE market.

Start date: 23rd March 2026
Duration: 12 weeks full-time internship, must be in full-time education
Eligibility: Applicants must currently be enrolled in full-time education

Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the PR team, the intern will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the PR Executive and Communications Director across day-to-day department activities
  • Support with the coordination of UK press, VIP, and influencer sample loans
  • Observe and support the PR Executive when liaising with magazines, stylists, and media contacts
  • Help maintain organized records of samples and returns
  • Assist with arranging domestic and international shipments with couriers
  • Support the monitoring and collation of media coverage featuring Roger Vivier
  • Help maintain and update contact databases
  • Provide support during PR and retail events where required

Profile

  • Student currently in full-time education with a strong interest in communications, public relations, and the fashion industry
  • Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop
  • Experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, DMR, or SAP is an advantage but not essential
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
