Since opening in Spring 2025, the Rolex Boutique on London's iconic Old Bond Street has established itself as one of the brand's most significant flagship locations. The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking an exceptional Deputy Boutique Director to support the leadership of this prestigious showroom and play a key role in its continued success.

The history of Rolex is inextricably linked to London, where the company was founded in 1905 by Hans Wilsdorf, making this flagship location even more significant.

Position Overview

The Deputy Boutique Director will work in partnership with the Boutique Director to lead a team offering professional expertise in an elegant setting that promotes a sense of harmony, discretion and intimacy with the brand. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences, driving commercial performance and maintaining the highest operational standards across the boutique.

As the Boutique Director's second-in-command, you will lead by example on the sales floor, develop and inspire a high-performing team, and ensure the seamless operation of a world-class luxury retail environment. The showroom features extensive Sales and After-Sales areas, including an accredited service centre and a dedicated Rolex Certified Pre-Owned space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
