A STAR TECH AGENCY LTD is expanding its network of Romanian- and Bulgarian-speaking Student Recruitment Consultants across the UK.
We are looking for motivated, professional and well-connected individuals who can communicate confidently with Romanian- or Bulgarian-speaking communities and help prospective students explore suitable higher education opportunities in the UK.
This opportunity is particularly suited to Student Recruitment Consultants, Education Consultants, Recruitment Professionals, Sales Professionals, Community Leaders, Content Creators and individuals with established Romanian or Bulgarian student networks.
💷 Competitive Performance-Based Commission
Earn up to £1,300 per successfully enrolled student, with commission increasing as your recruitment performance grows:
- 1–9 confirmed students: £600 per student
- 10–19 confirmed students: £750 per student
- 20–24 confirmed students: £1,000 per student
- 25+ confirmed students: £1,300 per student
High-performing consultants with 25+ confirmed students may also be eligible for a £5,000 advance, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
💼 Salary + Commission Opportunities
For candidates with proven experience and a strong track record in student recruitment, education, recruitment, sales or business development, we may also offer salary + performance-based commission packages.
Salary and package levels will be considered based on:
- Experience
- Previous recruitment performance
- Responsibilities
- Skills and suitability for the role

🌍 Romanian & Bulgarian Language Skills
We are particularly interested in candidates who can speak Romanian or Bulgarian fluently and have strong connections within Romanian- or Bulgarian-speaking communities.
You may already have access to:
- Prospective students
- Parents and families
- Community groups
- Social media communities
- Student networks
- Local Romanian or Bulgarian communities
- Education or professional networks
Existing student networks are highly desirable, although previous student recruitment experience is not essential.
The Role
As a Romanian- or Bulgarian-speaking Student Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging prospective students
- Generating genuine student enquiries
- Building strong relationships with prospective students
- Communicating effectively with Romanian- or Bulgarian-speaking students and communities
- Introducing suitable higher education opportunities
- Supporting students throughout the application and enrolment journey
- Maintaining regular communication and follow-ups
- Developing and growing your student referral network
- Working towards agreed recruitment targets
- Providing a professional and student-focused service
- Representing A STAR TECH AGENCY LTD professionally

Essential / Desirable
Romanian or Bulgarian language skills are highly desirable.
Previous student recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
