Role Description
This is an on-site Roofer role based in Hamilton. The Roofer will install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work is performed safely and to industry standards. Daily tasks include:

The role also involves:
- Working at height using appropriate access equipment
- Collaborating with colleagues and site managers
- Completing required documentation or reports
The Roofer is expected to:
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Provide a professional service to clients
Qualifications
- Roofing expertise, including experience working with various roof types and materials
- Proficiency in carpentry for roof structures and related construction tasks
- Skills in insulation and waterproofing to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance
- Capability and certification (where required) for safe working at height
- Understanding of U.K. building regulations and site health and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable time management and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in roofing or construction is beneficial
- Valid driver’s license and access to transport for travel to sites, if required
