Job Description
Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and designated areas to a high standard, ensuring that rooms are presented in accordance with hotel standards and are ready for guests. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and work closely with the Housekeeping and Front Office teams to support the smooth operation of the department. Carry out all aspects of bedroom cleaning, including making beds, changing linen and towels, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing guest amenities and supplies, removing rubbish and room service items, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming. Check that furniture, appliances, and room facilities are clean, present, and in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues or damage promptly.

Assist when required with the Nightly Refresh service between 6 pm and 9 pm, including responding to guest requests. Follow all hotel health and safety, security, and housekeeping procedures, including the safe use and storage of cleaning products and equipment. Complete all required training and use appropriate personal protective equipment and safe working practices. Maintain a professional standard of personal presentation, appearance, and hygiene at all times. Treat guests and associates with dignity and respect, maintain confidentiality, and protect guest privacy and hotel property. Carry out all duties with attention to detail and in accordance with the hotel's quality and service standards.
