Role Description

This full-time Room Attendant role is an on-site position based in London within one of Omni’s partner hotels. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. The role involves handling laundry items, ensuring linen and towels are clean, properly stored, and available as needed. Room Attendants respond to guest requests professionally, report maintenance issues or safety concerns, and follow company policies and procedures for health, safety, and hygiene. The position requires working closely with the housekeeping team and hotel staff to maintain a welcoming, orderly environment for guests.

  • Strong housekeeping skills, including Clean Rooms and Housekeeping, with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Experience with Laundry tasks, including handling, sorting, and maintaining linen and towels to hotel standards.
  • Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions clearly.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a courteous and professional approach to guest interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in London, standing and moving for extended periods, and lifting light to moderate loads.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is beneficial but not essential; training can be provided.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety, hygiene standards, and the ability to follow cleaning procedures.
