About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments while delivering exceptional standards of hospitality.

This full-time role is responsible for ensuring guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and associated areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring every room is immaculately prepared and ready for arrival. Working as part of a dedicated Housekeeping team, you will help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect while contributing to a positive and supportive working environment.

What You Will Do

  • Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and associated areas to the highest standards.
  • Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
  • Ensure all guestrooms are presented in accordance with hotel brand standards.
  • Carry out departure, stayover, and deep-cleaning services as assigned.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance requirements, and lost property, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organised condition.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning products are available throughout the shift.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times.
  • Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Support public area cleaning and departmental projects when required.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment while delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Bring

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high cleanliness standards.
  • The ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A professional and guest-focused approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the Housekeeping department.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties involving standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in line with operational requirements.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
