Key Responsibilities As Our Room Attendant
- Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready on time and meet brand expectations.
- Replenish linen, towels and guest amenities while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked housekeeping trolley.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with other departments to deliver excellent service.
- Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns in line with hotel procedures.
- Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism while following all housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
About You
We are looking for a Room Attendant who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and will:
- Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment, although full training will be provided.
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Be organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a positive, guest-focused approach and communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
- Be reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent service while sharing our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care.
- Full Right to Work in the UK required
