Full Time Room Attendant - 39 hours per week £12.71 per hour

Team Members are expected to work on a rolling rota that includes regular weekend working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest and member experience by ensuring that rooms are maintained to the highest standards. Your specific tasks will include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms, bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms
  • Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities following company guidelines
  • Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
  • Cleaning public areas as required
  • Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks
  • Restocking and maintaining your trolley daily
  • Reporting any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensuring they are replaced or repaired
  • Ensuring all equipment inside and around guest rooms and work areas is in working condition
  • Being environmentally aware and disposing of waste accurately
  • Aligning with security policies, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Following lost property procedures
  • Assisting in Laundry when needed (training provided)
