Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our team in Mullion, Cornwall. This role is pivotal to our hotel's success, ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable, and inviting stay. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Ensure bathrooms are hygienic and fully stocked with toiletries and towels.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the management team.
- Assist in the laundry service by handling linens and guest clothing as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public areas such as corridors and lounges.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
- A keen eye for detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate loads.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
