About This Role

Room Leader - Toddler

In my room, every day has a rhythm.

  • There are stories and songs.
  • Big feelings and tiny shoes.
  • Questions that start with “why.”
  • Paint on hands.
  • Friends to find.
  • Moments when I need someone steady to help me feel brave.

At Only About Children Eynesbury, that leader could be you.

We're looking for a confident, caring and organised Room Leader.

About Our Eynesbury Campus

At Eynesbury, my day feels spacious, bright and connected to community. I arrive opposite Eynesbury Recreation Reserve Playground and across from Eynesbury Primary School. The campus feels practical for families and full of room for children like me.

I learn in custom-designed indoor spaces and outdoor areas with natural and recycled materials. I can sing, build, count, create, speak new words and practise routines. The grown-ups help me feel safe, heard and proud of what I am learning. This is where space, community and confidence grow together, and where I can feel ready for each new step.

You're The Difference

At OAC, they say You're The Difference.

I think that means you help my room feel safe, kind and ready for play. You help the grown-ups know what matters, so I can settle, make friends and try new things.

About The Role

I need a room where the grown-ups work together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
