Room Leader : Bristol
Zero2Five are delighted to be working with a well-established private day nursery in Bristol who are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join their 2-4s Room.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader, or a confident Level 3 Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step in their Early Years career.

The Role
As Room Leader, You Will
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the 2-4s room.
- Support and motivate your team, ensuring staff are deployed effectively.
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Complete observations, assessments, and learning journeys.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
- Act as a positive role model and champion safeguarding, health and safety, and best practice.
- Support the ongoing development of the team and setting.
We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (or working towards).
- Experience working within an Early Years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS.
- Level 2 English qualification.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach.
- Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection training are desirable.
