Room Leader for Family-Run Nursery in Harrow, North West London
I'm delighted to be recruiting a Room Leader for a warm, family-run nursery in Harrow, North West London, a setting where children arrive excited, parents leave reassured, and the team genuinely look forward to Mondays. Permanent, full-time, 40 hours a week on a shift basis.

Is This You?
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (or above)
- 2 years hands-on experience, working with children
- Previous experience leading a room, you've held that responsibility and thrived on it
- Strong, current EYFS knowledge and a passion for putting it into practice
- Warm, natural leadership, the calm, encouraging presence a team looks to
