I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As we are by Epping Forest, we have implemented Forest school learning. We try and take our children to the Forest where they get to explore and enjoy natural, learning from the natural environment.

We have also set up a lovely sensory room where our children can go and relax, use the space for meditation, listen to calming music, and explore a variety of senses. Watching our babies and children flourish in this space is amazing.

We have excellent parent partnerships, with our team being long-standing, this has helped develop great relationships with families, many children have returned with siblings.

Parents have also recommended our nursery to friends and families. Our score on Day Nurseries is currently 9.6. Good rating in the last inspection in August 2022. With the Nursery joining Grandir, we are expecting Ofsted soon.

We have local shops about 10-15 minutes walk from the Nursery. Epping Forest is at our doorstep.
