The Successful Applicant Will Be:
- Highly Motivated
- Level 3 in childcare or higher
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Be an effective Communicator at all levels
- Be able to lead a team successfully
- Confident in training and monitoring a team
- Be able to deputise in the absence of our Deputy Manager (Room leader role)
- Be adaptable to challenging situations
- Be happy to attend training courses
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of safeguarding children
- Have an excellent understanding of Early Years Practice
- Ideally a minimum of 18 months experience/Room Leader experience
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Nursery manager and Deputy Manager and working as a team with all staff, 40 hours a week on a shift basis between 7.30am – 6pm.

Ideally you will be confident in IT as you will be required to use the setting’s various IT equipment and systems.
