Up to £1,000 Joining Bonus
Full-time | Permanent | 36–40 hours per week
Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who's ready to lead a room where children spend their days exploring nature, meeting farm animals and learning through real-life experiences?

What You'll Be Doing
As one of our Room Leaders you'll:
- Lead and inspire a happy, motivated team.
- Create exciting learning experiences following children's interests.
- Support and mentor practitioners within your room.
- Build strong partnerships with families.
- Deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS.
- Help children develop through outdoor learning, exploration and play.
What We're Looking For
You'll have:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Previous leadership experience or be ready to step into your first Room Leader role
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- A positive, enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for early years education
