What you’ll be doing…
As a Room Manager, you will be at the heart of our matchday experience at Rangers FC, leading supervisors, frontline staff, and back-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service, keep operations running smoothly, and drive sales in a fast-paced stadium environment.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and keep team morale high throughout the shift
- Oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down of your bar and lounge
- Lead and support supervisors and frontline teams to ensure a smooth service
- Support the training and development of new team members
- Monitor stock levels to meet peak demand while keeping wastage to a minimum
- Maintain high customer service standards throughout the event
- Manage the smooth running of the room during busy periods and peak footfall
- Ensure Health & Safety and company policies are followed at all times
- Work closely with the wider management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

What can you bring?
- Proven experience in hospitality, bars, venues, or event supervision
- Previous stadium or live event experience is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
- Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences in a busy event environment
- Flexible availability to work key matchdays, weekends, and evenings
