Company Description

Opening in late 2026, Delano London brings the spirit and celebrated heritage of the iconic Delano Miami Beach to London, reimagined for a new generation. Set overlooking Kensington Gardens, the hotel will feature 67 rooms and suites, Lana Lusa, the legendary Rose Bar and Rose Lounge, alongside The Source wellness offering.

Delano is a place where personality, creativity and genuine connection come together. We value curiosity, individuality and a sense of fun, creating an environment where our people can be themselves while delivering thoughtful, intuitive and genuinely warm hospitality.

Delano London is part of Ennismore, a global collective of entrepreneurial, founder-built brands rooted in creativity, culture and community, and a joint venture with Accor.

Joining Delano London means being part of something from the very beginning. It is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of an iconic brand, work alongside an ambitious and creative team and play a part in creating a hotel that feels distinctly Delano from day one.

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Room Service Supervisor to join the pre-opening team of Delano London. You'll help lead our 24-hour Room Service operation, creating a private dining experience that feels every bit as considered, warm and polished as our restaurants and bars.

What you'll do...

  • Supervise day-to-day Room Service shifts, ensuring orders are taken, prepared, checked and delivered accurately and within agreed service times.
  • Lead the guest journey from order through delivery, set-up, follow-up and collection, ensuring every interaction feels personal and discreet.
  • Coordinate closely with Culinary, Lana Lusa, Rose Bar, Front Office and Housekeeping to deliver a seamless in-room experience.
  • Support and coach Room Service attendants, allocating duties and maintaining strong coverage across the shift.
  • Check trays, trolleys, hot boxes, linen, crockery, condiments and amenities before departure to ensure presentation is complete and consistent.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, dietary requirements and hotel information so the team can advise guests confidently.
  • Support VIP amenities, special occasions, late-night requests and Private Dining requirements when needed.
  • Monitor order accuracy, delivery times, guest feedback and service recovery and take action quickly when standards are not met.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, handovers, equipment storage, stock levels and operational checklists.
  • Ensure POS orders, postings and payments are processed accurately and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Support training and pre-opening set-up, helping establish practical SOPs and service routines for a 24-hour operation.
  • Maintain food safety, Health & Safety, security, privacy and company standards at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
