We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Room Service Waiter to join our dynamic and dedicated team at the prestigious Ham Yard Hotel. As a Room Service Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and delightful in-room dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take and deliver guest orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Make personalized recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
What You Need:
- Thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit meticulousness in taking and delivering orders to meet our high standards.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Keep track of orders and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
