Hyatt's Corporate Management Training (CMT) Programme is a comprehensive hotel management programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and real-world experience needed to excel as a future hotel leader.
As a CMT, you'll develop your management capabilities, gain deep exposure in your area of specialisation, get insights into other hotel departments, and make meaningful contributions to your hotel's success.
At Park Hyatt London River Thames, you will specialise in Rooms, gaining experience across Front of House and Housekeeping throughout the programme.
What You’ll Experience: Programme Highlights
Our 12-month programme includes:
- Technical Skills Module: Develop a strong foundation in key technical skills and operational procedures, with exposure across Front of House and Housekeeping.
- Management Module: Step into managerial responsibilities, gaining practical experience in leading teams, managing resources and driving performance.
- Rotation Module: Gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations through exposure to other departments, including Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Human Resources.
- Leadership Development: Participate in team-leading tasks, management projects and various leadership programmes.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Work closely with assigned programme managers and mentors to guide your development.
- Customised Training Plan: You will receive a personalised training plan tailored to your individual career objectives and developmental needs.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess the following:
- Leadership Potential: Ability to champion Hyatt's purpose and values, develop diverse talent, drive impact and innovate.
- Interest in Hospitality: A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to grow with Hyatt.
- Adaptability and Growth Mindset: A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, embrace new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues and management.
- Relevant Experience: Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or a related field is highly preferred. Studies in hospitality, hotel management, tourism or a related discipline would be beneficial, but are not essential.
The Opportunity
- Location: Park Hyatt London River Thames
- Department: Rooms
- Programme length: 12 months
- Programme structure: 10 months specialising in the Rooms department, with exposure across Front of House and Housekeeping, followed by 2 months of exposure across other key hotel departments, including Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Human Resources.
- Start date: October, November or December 2026
