An opportunity to help shape the future of patient care

At Montu UK, every patient journey relies on more than just exceptional clinicians. Behind every consultation is a team working together to ensure the right clinician is available at the right time, allowing patients to access the care they need without delay.

As our Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our clinical services by coordinating clinician capacity, managing rotas and ensuring our multidisciplinary teams can provide a seamless patient experience. Working at the centre of our clinical operations, you will help optimise resources, solve operational challenges and contribute to the continued growth of one of the UK's leading digital healthcare providers.

What is the job?

Keeping healthcare running smoothly takes more than great clinicians. It takes the right people behind the scenes making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

As our Clinical Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients can access the care they need by keeping our clinical workforce organised, supported and ready to deliver exceptional care. From managing clinician rotas and appointment capacity to coordinating schedules and solving operational challenges, you'll be at the heart of our clinical operations.

Working closely with doctors, consultants, Patient Support and Pharmacy teams, you'll help balance patient demand with clinician availability, keeping clinics running efficiently and proactively identifying solutions before challenges arise. No two days are the same, and if you love organisation, enjoy problem solving and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
