Rota Coordinator

Are you highly organised, a strong communicator, and motivated by helping services run smoothly? We are seeking a Rota Coordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our staffing operations, ensuring that commissioned care packages are safely and appropriately covered with trained team members. Working closely with nursing teams and the Continuing Care Team (CCT), you will support the placement of new staff and maintain clear oversight of staffing levels across the service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality care, making a genuine difference to the families and patients we support every day.

If you are motivated, organised, and ready to take on a role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

This is a fixed term post to cover maternity leave. The contract length will be dependent on start date, up 12 months.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
