Rota Private PA to Principal

International Travel | High-Profile Principal | Exceptional Career Opportunity | Competitive Package

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Private PA to join a close-knit team supporting a dynamic Principal with a demanding international lifestyle and extensive business interests.

Working alongside two incredibly experienced and long-standing PAs, this role forms part of a well-established rota team delivering seamless support across both the Principal's personal and professional affairs. This is a position for a career PA who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys being at the centre of operations and takes pride in providing world-class support.

The role operates on a unique 2 weeks on / 2 weeks remote administration / 2 weeks off schedule, offering the excitement of international travel combined with dedicated administrative time and meaningful periods away from work.

The Role

During your 2-week travel rotation, you will accompany the Principal internationally, providing comprehensive support throughout a busy schedule. Days are fast-paced and often extend to up to 14 hours, requiring exceptional organisation, stamina, flexibility and discretion.

Following your travel rotation, you will spend 2 weeks working remotely, focusing on administration, business support, project coordination and ensuring a seamless handover to the next PA in the rota.

You will then enjoy 2 weeks completely off, allowing genuine downtime before your next rotation begins.

Working collaboratively with two highly experienced colleagues, excellent communication and meticulous handovers are essential to ensure continuity of support at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
