About The Role

The Workforce Planning Rota Resilience Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of workforce planning across Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Services within Integrated Urgent Care (IUC). Responsible for filling, maintaining and monitoring rotas across all IUC regions, the post holder will ensure shifts are accurately resourced, published within agreed timescales, and maintained to support safe service delivery.

Working closely with Workforce Planning Regional Rota Leads and the Systems and Process Compliancy Manager, the role will identify and investigate rota, system and payroll discrepancies, maintain accurate workforce data within RotaMaster, and support continuous improvement through the development of automated processes and new ways of working. The post holder will also proactively manage rota gaps, escalate workforce risks, produce reports, and contribute to projects that enhance workforce planning efficiency and service resilience
