About The Role

As a key member of our clinical pharmacy service, you’ll help patients get the most from their medicines, provide expert advice to medical and nursing colleagues, and support safe, effective prescribing across a range of clinical areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical, leadership and service-improvement skills within a supportive rotational structure.

What We’re Looking For

  • Community pharmacists are welcome to apply
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy clinical environment
  • A proactive approach to professional development

If you’re passionate about high-quality patient care and ready to take the next step in your clinical pharmacy career, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services across the Trust by providing patient-centred pharmaceutical care, supporting safe and effective medicines use, and contributing to the development, education, and continuous improvement of pharmacy services. The post holder will rotate through key operational and clinical areas, undertake dispensing and checking duties, provide medicines information and prescribing support, participate in audits and clinical trials work, contribute to training and mentoring, and take part in evening, weekend, bank holiday, and on-call rotas. They must maintain GPhC registration and adhere to all Trust and Pharmacy policies while supporting service provision across all Trust sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
