Rotational Graduate Scheme at Teya

Your Mission

Join Teya's People team and gain hands-on experience across People Operations, Culture & Communications, Performance, and People Planning & Analytics.

As a Graduate, you'll support projects and day-to-day activities that help create an exceptional employee experience while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape how Teya grows. You'll work alongside experienced People professionals, supporting employee engagement, internal communications, onboarding, reporting, workforce planning, performance programmes and continuous improvement projects.

This is an opportunity to learn how a modern People function operates while developing practical experience across operations, analytics, communications and business partnering in a fast-growing fintech company.

What you'll be doing

As part of the People team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support onboarding activities to create a great experience for new joiners.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, cultural events and internal communications.
  • Assist with recognition programmes, company-wide communications and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support People Operations by managing documentation, maintaining knowledge hubs and assisting with administrative activities.
  • Help manage employee requests and support day-to-day People Services activities.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and presentations using People data.
  • Analyse trends across headcount, hiring, retention, attrition and organisational health.
  • Support workforce planning, hiring forecasts and people cost reporting.
  • Assist with performance programmes, goal tracking and KPI reporting.
  • Help prepare reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting processes, testing changes and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.
  • Use AI and modern tools to automate reporting and simplify repetitive tasks.
  • Work with stakeholders across different teams and locations to deliver People initiatives and projects.

What you'll need

We're looking for graduates who are curious, organised and eager to learn.

  • The Full Unrestricted Right to Work in the UK.
  • Recently graduated, or graduated by September 2026.
  • Interested in building a career in People, HR, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, Performance or People Analytics.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and confident working with numbers and data.
  • Curious, proactive and keen to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Confident working with stakeholders across different teams and locations.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Passionate about improving employee experience and supporting business performance.

Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or other analytical tools is beneficial but not essential. Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support, projects or internships is also advantageous, but attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
