Join us as a rotational physiotherapist at Fairfield General Hospital and create a future you can be truly proud of, as part of the Northern Care Alliance. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various specialities, including:
- Acute Stroke/Stroke Rehabilitation
- Respiratory
- Acute Medicine
- General Rehabilitation
- Orthopaedics
- MSK
- Community

The Physiotherapy service is working towards a 7-day model, and as such, you will be expected to be flexible in terms of working patterns including weekday hours, weekends, bank holidays, and extra hours if necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality, timely patient assessments and determine a clinical judgement of the patient’s condition/needs.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment programs, using a person-centered and goal-focused approach.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment plans to ensure maximum patient benefit and health outcomes.
- Ensure appropriate pathways of care and communication via liaison and referral to other agencies as required.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for your own clinical caseload, which will include patients with complex needs.
- Access regular training, supervision, and support from senior staff.
