Purpose of the Position
As ROV Crewing Assistant you will be part of the ROV Operations department. You will be responsible to assist in the management of crew assignments and related administration tasks as advised by the ROV Crewing Team on a daily basis.
How Can You Support Us?
- In collaboration with the ROV Crewing Team assist in the planning supporting the selection of ROV staff and agency personnel for offshore projects (local and worldwide).
- Provide support with the administration tasks for project specific requirements.
- Provide holiday cover for the ROV Crewing Coordinator’s.
- Ensure compliance with Saipem ROV Personnel Competence Scheme (CAAS).
- Update 3VM (Saipem Management Crew database) to assign staff and agency personnel in conjunction with the Crewing team.
- Liaise with the ROV Teams offshore, HR, Training/CAAS Team and Project Managers to confirm all required certificates, competencies, and project-specific training are met, following Saipem protocols.
- Establish a strong understanding of individual ROV employee strengths.
- Any other duties assigned by the Department.

What Are We Looking For?
Required
- Previous experience within a fast-paced industry
- Previous experience in working in a Personnel Logistics or Crewing department is preferable.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Desirable
- Previous ROV recruitment experience
