Two brands. One team.

ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

Senior Performance Manager

Navigate the unknown. Lead the people who never stop.

Have you ever walked into a gym and felt it was designed for someone else? We have. And it’s one of the things we’re determined to change.

London doesn’t sit still, and neither does this role. As Senior Performance Manager, you’ll lead the on-site and strategic delivery of wellbeing services for our flagship corporate account, directing four gyms, a swimming facility, and a multi-use games area, while managing the people, budgets, and client relationships that keep it all moving. Half operator, half strategist, you’ll turn everyday moments into measurable impact: coaching a diverse team, reporting to executive stakeholders, and building the internal communities that make wellbeing stick. This is a high-visibility seat for someone who reads terrain fast and keeps everyone moving forward with them.

Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
