Job Title: ROV / Drone Operator
Reports To: Operations Director
Department: Sales / Estimating
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Manchester, UK

Main Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to carry out ROV inspections and provide detailed written assessments of tank conditions. The role will also involve operating a drone to support site inspections, capture aerial imagery, and assist with marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend sites across the UK to undertake ROV inspections and underwater interventions.
- Produce clear inspection reports, including video footage, outlining the condition of tanks within 48 hours of completing inspections.
- Provide recommendations for any rectification works required or advise where tank replacement may be necessary.
- Operate tank cleaning equipment to remove silt, debris, and foreign objects from tanks.
- Support marketing activities, particularly promoting ROV inspections, tank cleaning, refurbishments, and related services.
- Operate drone equipment to capture aerial images and footage of sites when required.
- Assist with training colleagues in drone operation where necessary.
