Climatec Group is a UK agent for Roxell equipment specialising in feeding and drinking solutions, which complete the offering alongside ventilation and control systems.
Role Description
The Roxell Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in England, United Kingdom, responsible for promoting and selling Roxell feeding and Quramo housing systems to agricultural customers. Day-to-day activities include:
- Identifying prospects
- Conducting site visits
- Presenting product solutions
- Preparing quotations
- Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing product guidance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Roxell Sales Specialist will deliver product demonstrations, support training for customers and internal teams, and collaborate with sales management to achieve regional sales targets. This position requires close coordination with technical and service teams to ensure accurate installations and ongoing support.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business and manage existing accounts effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support long-term client relationships
- Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, support customer onboarding, and assist with internal knowledge sharing
- Relevant experience in agricultural equipment, livestock production, or farm solutions is highly beneficial
- Ability to travel within England, United Kingdom, and work on-site at customer locations as needed
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and presentations) to manage sales activities and reporting
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within agriculture or a related technical field
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
