Royalties Manager | Music Practice | 55-65K
A Music Practice has an exciting newly created role for a Royalties Manager. Supporting senior stakeholders, this role is hybrid working and will support day-to-day Royalty management.
Responsibilities
- Managing the junior Royalties team
- Overseeing the implementation of a new system, ensuring royalty contracts are accurately set up
- Reviewing both incoming and outgoing royalty statements
- Leading on reporting
- Completing month-end reconciliations
- Making required adjustments
- Undertake additional royalty analysis and audits required by the management team

- Experience within Royalties in music
- Experience with Recording and Publishing within Royalties
- Excellent communication skills, management experience is advantageous
- Superb system skills
