Royalty Accountant | Global TV Production and Distribution Group | London / Hybrid

Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a global TV production and distribution giant, home to a group of operating companies and a deep catalogue of third-party producer relationships. Royalty accounting sits at the core of how the business pays its creative partners and protects those relationships. This is a chance to join a finance function that is continuing to develop its royalty capability.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, the Royalty Accountant will own quarterly royalty cash reporting for both internal entities within the group and third-party producers, alongside royalty cash forecasting. You will be the primary point of contact for producers on their royalty statements, and you will keep the royalty systems accurate and current. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative team, with the opportunity to move beyond cash statements into the wider accounting side, work closely with the Acquisitions team, and step up into a Senior Royalty Accountant position over time. The team is expecting someone who can pick up its systems and ways of working quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
