Royalty Administrator - Media / Entertainment Industry

Central London

£30k - £35k

We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail-minded and process-driven Administrator, with advanced MS Excel and experience of data analysis and processing, to join an incredible company in Central London as their Royalty Administrator.

Supporting the Director of Royalties, you will assist with the processing of royalties globally, using in-house systems; therefore, we’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong numeracy capabilities and confident communication skills as you will be liaising with contacts in the US and with clients and external partners.

  • Manually reconciling royalty statements
  • Processing royalty statements
  • Analysis of financial statements
  • Collating all relevant information
  • Maintaining all details on in-house database
  • Assisting with payment queries
  • Ad hoc research projects
  • Providing support to Director of Royalties as required
  • Liaising with teams in US, clients and external partners
  • And more.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a fast-paced office administration role (c1+ years’ experience)
  • Experience working in a publishing company or with royalty systems is highly advantageous
  • Strong IT capabilities with Advanced MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word essential)
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
  • Methodical, analytical and diligent
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
