About the role
Turn complex processes into smarter, simpler ways of working.
We're looking for an RPA Business Analyst to help identify where automation can make the biggest difference across InHealth.
You'll get under the skin of how our teams work, identify processes ripe for automation and turn operational challenges into clear, practical solutions.
Working across our business, Digital and IT teams, RPA developers and external automation partners, you'll be the crucial link between identifying an opportunity and delivering an automation that creates measurable value.
What you will do
You'll:
- Identify repetitive, rules-based processes with strong automation potential
- Run discovery sessions and map current and future-state processes
- Challenge existing ways of working and simplify processes before automating them
- Turn business needs into clear requirements and process documentation
- Work closely with RPA developers, technical teams and external suppliers
- Support testing and make sure automations deliver against agreed requirements
- Help teams successfully adopt new automated ways of working
- Track the efficiencies and business benefits delivered
About you
You're an analytical problem-solver who enjoys understanding how things work – and how they could work better.
You'll be confident working with both operational and technical teams, able to simplify complexity and comfortable challenging the status quo when there's a better way.
You'll ideally bring experience of:
- Business analysis, process discovery and requirements gathering
- Process mapping and process improvement
- RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira or Confluence
- Working across technical and non-technical teams
- User acceptance testing and change adoption
- Agile and/or Waterfall delivery

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
